Lloyd WILLIAMS

Lloyd Williams is an organisational psychologist, consultant and author. Since 2007, he has held the position of Provost, Vice-President of Academic Affairs, and Professor of Business and Psychology at Northcentral University. He is also a faculty member in Industrial/Organisational Psychology at Capella University's Harold Abel School of Academic and Psychology, and a research/dissertation adjunct faculty member at the University of Phoenix's School of Advanced Studies in the US. In addition, Dr Williams is Program Chair and Professor of Business at Argosy University, Phoenix, Arizona. Currently, he holds the position of Chief Executive Officer at the Institute for Transformative Thought and Learning, an international think tank with offices in Switzerland, Canada and the US.

Dr Williams had previously served as the Program Chair of the Doctor of Management and the Doctor of Business Administration programs at the University of Phoenix. He was also Program Chair of the departments of Counseling and Psychological Services and Exceptional Children at Clark Atlanta University, as well as Program Director of the Masters in Business Program at the California Institute of Integral Studies.

Internationally respected for his consultation work in the areas of leadership, executive development and systemic organisational change, Dr Williams uses qualitative, quantitative and mixed-method research approaches in his work. He earned his PhD in Organisational Psychology and Business Ethics at the Union Institute and University, and a Doctor of Ministry from Christian Theological Seminary in Personality and Culture/Marriage and Family. His research interests are in congruence theoretical applications to people and systems, multicultural inclusion processes, program-educational adult learning enhancements and sustainable business development.

Dr Williams has published five books in human resource management and organisational psychology. He is currently completing three additional books for publication in 2008.
